Is this joypad tester free?
Yes. It runs fully in your browser with no install and no account.
My controller is not detected. What do I do?
Connect via USB or Bluetooth, open the tester, then press any button once so the browser Gamepad API exposes the controller. Desktop Chrome or Edge on Windows gives the most complete data.
How do I check for stick drift?
Keep the analog sticks released. The drift monitor watches the resting axis values and warns when an axis does not return to zero.
Does it measure input latency?
It shows when inputs reach the browser and offers a reaction-time test. The controller's full USB polling latency depends on hardware and connection.
Which controllers are supported?
Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, PC gamepads, arcade sticks, leverless controllers and generic USB gamepads — anything the browser Gamepad API exposes.
Which browsers work best?
Desktop Chrome and Edge on Windows expose the most complete Gamepad API data.
